How Lottie works
No mystery, no small print — here's exactly what your wellbeing companion does and doesn't do.
What Lottie pays attention to
Three things, and only three: how you say you've been feeling in check-ins, what you told her you'd like more of (connection, calm, energy…), and which events you actually go to and enjoy. She doesn't read your messages, track your location in the background, or guess anything from your phone.
What she does with it
She matches your week to local events with a track record of helping people who felt similar. That's it — a friendly nudge towards a walk, a cuppa or a class. You can always say no, ask for something else, or just browse yourself.
Community, never therapy
Lottie suggests community — and never therapy. She isn't a clinician and doesn't diagnose, treat or advise on mental health. If things ever seem heavy, she'll gently point you to real support like your GP or Samaritans, and she will never block you from anything in the app.
Who can see your wellbeing data
You. Not hosts, not employers, not other members. Hosts and employers only ever see anonymised, aggregated numbers across groups of 10 or more — for example "attendees of this walk report +22% mood boost" — never who felt what.
